Well, i got banned recently for saying kys in a game. Playing this game since start, on acc which i got banned ( 14 days ) it was my first ban. Acc was created in season 3 and it was my main.

This morning i was just playing on low lvl acc as adc. Lux which is support, takes my farm, spam pings me and says kys. I didnt joined conversation i tried to be non toxic. Lux and her premade rengar takes all my farm wherever i go, so ofc i end up doing bad. We still win this game. Btw its obvious that lux is also a higher tier player, match history on this guy acc almost every game over 20 kills with low deaths.

This guy doesnt get banned and proceeds to play more games. When i got banned it was just after i finished my game, with reasons stating my 1 game toxicity. In game that i got banned (on my main) i didnt int no one, i tried my best to win that game. Apart from having chat discussion i wasnt following people around making sure they cant play, intentionally stealing their farm and intentionally making game unplayable for people. Yet i got banned, this guy doesnt.

After playing this game for so long, dedicating so much time, not being toxic at all which riot can check, my acc has 1 ban in over 5 years of play on it, i get less rights than lvl 11 lux inter on my bot lane.

Why are you watching videos when u can be playing league of legends instead? Ofc u are loosing players. <removed by moderation>

It doesn’t matter what this other person did, how long you’ve had the account, or what lvl your account was. She may not have been punished immediately but I’m sure she did eventually. If she really didn’t while saying what she did, then you should send in a report ticket or report as it helps with detection. Still, you said a zero tolerance phrase and deserve the ban (and the threat in the post doesn’t help your case).

Did you report that Lux after you match? IFS doesn't take action if nobody reports the bad deeds that happen. If you did, according to common beliefs in Instant Feedback System (IFS) that Lux should have received 14-day suspension. There are however reports like yours, that sometimes the system doesn't get them punished and this kind of unfairness annoys me - I personally have experienced something similar twice. (ie: I did report kysser, but he didn't receive his 14-day suspension which is the minimum punishment for 'kys')

And that's fair. It can be really frustrating to see people go unpunished for things that you get punished for. All I can think of is that the automated ban system isn't infallible so maybe it accidentally skipped over this person or they somehow masked their phrase with misspellings. It's unfortunate and all anyone can do in those situations is send reports and tickets to help ensure they get caught. They broke the rules and should have received the same punishment and just got overlooked.

Zero tolerance words/phrases such as slurs or what you said are given more weight than regular chat harassment so they have a higher punishment. They are usually tied to hate speech or regular real world violence. Calling somebody an idiot has less weight than calling them a racial slur (even though idiot is used to insult and can be used in violence, it's nature doesn't have the same past). This is due to the heavy weight of these words/phrases (and I doubt Riot wants to be held accountable if someone did actually hurt themselves after being told to over a video game and people saw they had no guidelines in place condemning them).

I dont understand, first shes a high tier player taking all your cs and winning the game... then shes "lvl11 inter..."? Do you know what int stands for? Intentional feeding.
