So this is the only game in my chat log thing. I feel this was unjustifiable? I am considered that the bot saw that I called someone Chinese? I was not being toxic or racist? There was a player from the chinese server trolling the game because I missed a Q and was being extremely toxic to me and I wanted the game to end to report him. He's still playing in games even.

asking for reports is toxic behaviour. and so is the harassment you displayed in the rest of the log. ban deserved!

Asking for reports is penalty worthy of harassment as well as the rest of your chat-log. As for the ban, it just shows that you have a history of getting a lot of flags and penalties, then using up all the penalties, which led up to you getting permabanned.

Next time use the mute function.

The negativity that the IFS flagged in this case was; calling someone a troll, asking for reports, calling someone toxic, calling someone a flamer, saying that you're not going to pay attention to someone, insults, and saying that you're going to report someone.

When you encounter a troll: mute, report, move on. Responding to them like you did really encourages them. Also, since context is purposefully not taken into account, anything that would be annoying to type towards someone who is completely innocent is flagged as negative by the IFS. Reporting people is how you alert the system to act, not complaining in chat.

Chat is a tool to help your team work together towards victory. None of your chat is useful for that purpose.

If this punishment is not following a previous 14 day ban, you should open a support ticket to ask about the reason for it being escalated.

Punishments follow an escalation path. When you are given a punishment, the next penalty in the list is given, unless the punishment is escalated based on severity.

It is possible to descend the punishment tiers but it takes 3 to 6 months of regular playing with good behavior for each tier.

14 Day Bans are the last chance bans. After you've received one, you're on very thin ice and will receive a punishment for any violation.

One thing to know for sure is that if you read things about the Japanese server, you'll see loads of complaints about them allowing chinese players to play on it, I am not entirely sure if they ever region locked it to lock them out or not, because i was reading all this stuff about it back when it originally launched and its been a while. But man, you could not find one person that wasn't complaining that "chinese players are extremely toxic all the time and ruining the japanese server". They are knowingly always super salty(know that i'm stating facts and quotes and readings from other threads on this board and external websites and not patronizing or discriminating against chinese individuals). And caused huge problems for the JP server early on.

And in my own person experience any time I encounter one if i'm playing on NA late at night, they have been, and always are, toxic. They'll toxic rage at just about anything that they find "imperfect" and so for the longest time now. Any time I see anyone speaking the language in game or with a name that I personally would consider chinese or similar to it. I mute them instantly in game. And it's helped me greatly to avoid any and all confrontations with them.

Perhaphs you should try doing this from now on as well. And goodluck dude!

I dont ever say anything like that. I got a 2 week for the first time in 7 years. It was also a lifted ban because the bot picked up something wrong. I feel this is the same. I wasn't showing any fault in his race. I was saying he was from the sever and he was being extremely toxic and flaming so I dont think it was banned deserved.

dont mention any races, dont type any negativity, dont point out teammate flaws.

any of those can get u suspended or banned if done too much.
