TILTED PLAYERS

So. In silver elo, and im sure in all elos, there are way to many people getting away with cursing people out for tiny mistakes, and then constantly saying "report this kid" at the end of the game. Especially if you lose. This has to stop. I'm not sure how many reports RIOT gets in a day, but so far out of the countless immature people I have played with, only a couple of reports have been successful. I feel even one report should pop a red flag for RIOT. People like this are ruining this game.
