@Riot - Penalize Players More Frequently For Missing Queue

There seriously needs to be stricter punishments for constantly failing to hit the accept button when the queue pops. The damn client places itself in front of all of your other windows when the queue pops (and yes I'm aware that there are exceptions for certain applications). I shouldn't have to constantly restart the queue so I don't get auto-filled whenever someone fails to hit the accept button. All 10 players rarely hit accept on the very first attempt and it's seriously frustrating because it happens all the damn time.

Yes, I'm aware some people have slow computers, poor Internet connections or are running other applications that prevent the client from popping up to the front of their screens but that isn't fair to the other players who are actually trying to be diligent and pay attention so that they don't waste other people's time.

READY CHECK AND RANKED GAMES When a matchmaking system finds suitable opponents, a "Ready Check" is performed. A Match Found! window appears to confirm that you are ready to play. In order to prevent abuse, there is a penalty for missing a Ready Check too many times, which results in a timed queue ban and LP loss if you are playing in a Ranked queue. The exact penalties are described below:

Declining or missing the Ready Check too many times in a Ranked queue will result in a 6 minute ban from all queues and a loss of 3 LP. The penalty is increased to 10 LP for continuing to miss Ready Checks. Each subsequent miss increases the lenght of the timed queue ban and imposes a 10 LP penalty.

When you get multiple failures to accept the queue, it's going to be different people doing it, not the same one every time (since if you don't accept you have to wait again). It sucks, but it's different people doing it rarely, not the same person doing it frequently, and they don't really need to be punished. It's probably extremely rare for one person to do it often.
