Why Did Riot Remove The Option To Report For Unskilled

I'm just wondering why Riot removed the option to report for "Unskilled." I'm Gold and I won't claim to be good because I'm not. Before you stop reading because you're probably thinking this is just another salt post, just skip to the bolded sentence if you don't want to know what events led to my writing this post. I just ended a game with a Twitch who didn't participate in a single team fight and still somehow ended with 5 kills and 11 deaths. When we lost I was super salty, so I went to report Twitch for "Unskilled." Then realized the option wasn't there. I get that this is just a placebo and the players that are reported for "Unskilled" don't aren't punished, but this was my way of letting go of my salt without being toxic in chat. Riot, why did you remove the option to report for unskilled? Without this option, I'll literally die of salt...Along with a few other people. THAT'S A JOKE BTW NO NEED TO SWAT ME OR SOME SHIT
