Can we please do something about leavers?

I have literally had 5 people rage quit in 4 separate games over the past 24 hours. Yes, one game had 2 leavers. That's literally 70 ish LP down the drain. Do something please. You can cite stats that say the enemy team will get more leavers all day but it's bullshit and I don't want to hear it.

When the chance of a comeback after going 0/2 is less than 1% in some peoples minds, it not worth playing out the game.
