If "no," then whatever you're talking about is not wintrading. Stop using a new word you just learned without knowing the meaning.

Where are you getting the idea that wintrading isn't a bannable offense? It most definitely is.

Also yeah, "calling someone out" (which tends to mean flaming someone or picking on them for no real reason) for what you suspect is wintrading is toxic. Probably not enough to warrant a punishment on it's own and it would have to be in conjunction with other forms of negativity, but it's toxicity all the same.

Wintrading is a bannable offense. It's intentional feeding, not toxicity, so report it correctly.
