Matchmaking is very bad

All of my last games, I matched with mainly feeders, toxic people and players who go afk after dying once early in the game. If this was Blind or Draft Pick, I wouldn't have a single problem, but all of this happens in ranked games. This isn't fair, because i can't climb at all, looking at how i got to 1v9 every game. I have reported every afk player since my start on this server almost 3 years ago, and i only have gotten 3-4 replies that actions have been taken from my 100+ afk players reported. I just don't want to be playing with "kids" because it isn't fair towards me or generally everybody that wants to progress in this game. It's a fun game, but i can see why a lot of people stopped playing this game.

I'm actually speaking about the EU NE server, haven't played much on this one.
