Character select problem

hello, i wanted to just complain about the queues for low elo players, either u play normal blind or draft 90% of the time you would get queued with some kids who are only 1tricking champions like yasuo zed and talon, and in the match they will be feeding the enemy team and start to be toxic, however you cant report them for playing those champs and feeding so I wanted to ask for an option to ban or to stop those players to enter your team and to make the match a more fair and fun experience.[sg-janna]
