i would like to discuss my perma ban. i have been playing this game for 8 years and literally have never trolled a game and maybe abandoned 5 or 10 games since i started playing, this is my only account and invested a huge amount of time in this game. I understand my toxicity and i have been working on it, I will do anything to show you that i can be a more sportsmanlike player, I promise that i will never be reported again, this is my only account and it killed me to see that i got permad. I would really appreciate it if you could maybe appeal my ban and change it to a 14 or even a month instead. I really enjoy playing this game and I couldn't bring myself to make another account and start all over. I've been going through a really tough time in life and i guess i let my anger out in video games but i assure you i can change. Please Riot, i will abide by the summoners code i promise.

As I said in your other thread before you deleted it, the 14 day ban is the final chance before a permanent ban, and it makes this clear. While I am sorry to hear you're going through a rough time, Riot does not make exceptions to the rules for people just because they're having a rough time in life.
