Can't you just read? Why do you need to have someone type something out just for you, special snowflake? Also why did you need to single out a moderator by naming him/her in your title, given that your post doesn't seem to concern him/her?

I don't understand. They did flat out tell you to stop posting about your issue as no one can help you. An employee flat out told you they werent able to help you.
