Yes, as long as they are negative like that frequently and are being consistently reported. Punishment is done in escalating tiers, so that kind of behavior would typically result in chat restrictions before a ban, though.
That's just BS, u seriously report ppl for saying GG EZ, seems very mature of your part to say the least...
If they get enough reports over time for that, yes.
Punished, yes. Banned, only if they keep doing it.
No. It doesn't matter how many people say yes if it makes them feel better, but you will never get punished for saying any combination of "ez" even when you should and it's clearly against the rules. The post game screen when most people say it's not even monitored.
Same for "na flash", "rekt", "outplayed", "report xxx", "cry", etc. etc. etc. Feel free to say those things, you won't face consequences.

If that's all they said the whole game no they won't get in trouble. You need to have a medium size toxic rant for several games to get punished.
