so if someone types in all chat "hah you are shit" every time they kill you that is reportable..... but flashing mastery after every kill is the same thing, but not punishable.......

what gives?

The thing is you have to earn mastery points. When you reach a mastery milestone why not show off?

Flashing mastery has been implemented in the game by riot. Why would they include it if they're just gonna make it reportable. just mute emotes
