Please Make a Special Queue for Dodgers!!!

I am making this post on the tail of literally spending 1 hour in ranked queue just making games, getting them nearly sealed, then dodge. over and fucking over again! I am so sick of dodgers! I have dodged maybe 7 out of 3-4000 games! It is disgusting and it wastes so much time.... It should be excusable a max of maybe 2% of the time.
