My main account was banned 3-4 years ago, curious if its possible to reverse it

Whats up guys. 3-4 years ago I was your classic raging tool-bag. My main account got permanently banned and I just played on my smurf. It may have even been longer then that... It's been a long time. I stopped playing for years and recently picked it back up. But here's the thing... I'm not a raging asshole anymore! I actually really enjoy my life now and I never get mad at my teammates. I believe having a great attitude is one of the best strategies for actually winning games and enjoying the game while you're at it.

My old account has almost every champion and I was just curious if there was any way to reverse this or if its just permanent. It would be nice to have access to all of my old stuff. If not, then that's completely understandable. Thanks.

Short answer: No

They don't unban accounts unless an error was made which is pretty rare

Sadly the answer to that is a solid "no". I still wanted to take a second and reply to this thread just to say that it was a welcome surprise to read a post like this. No demands, no threats, and generally no false sense of entitlement. Just a calm inquiry.

Kudos to you for cleaning up your act, and best of luck.

As a sidenote: Don't pay too much attention to the downvotes. These boards bring out the cynic in people; myself included.

If your attitude has improved and you're enjoying life, my advice would be to stay away from League.

No. Riot banks on people like you loading up a fresh account and repurchasing your favorite champions and skins. There is a reason they do not have a personal option to personally mute yourself or a restriction on more than one account per lifetime.

Why are people downloading his simple responses to the answers that aren't even hostile? Holy christ, some of you guys are as equally self-righteous as is downright terrible.

Their summoner code I found out very quickly is written very much like a very strict rule book to where if you are a blip on their radar you they will crucify you for doing things that are so harmless. Why perma ban someone for flaming chat? why not just perma ban their chat?

Why would that be fair to anyone else who has received this type of punishment?

It's not completely impossible. There had been 3 instances of Rito running experiments with un-banning permanently banned accounts provided the owner of said account can prove that they are no longer toxic. All 3 experiments ran on the NA server so that shouldn't be an issue for you. I don't want to give you false hopes and no one knows if Rito even want to bother doing it again after 2 of them failed miserably and we have no idea how goes the 3rd. If you can demonstrate good behaviors on your smurfs and they run a 4th experiment, who knows. Chances seem to be pretty low that's happening though, but then no one expected that last un-banning experiment to happen either considering the failure rates of the 2nd.
