Unable to see remaining ban duration

Hello, I was recently suspended for 14 days for abusive text in game. I fully accept the responsibility for this, however I am unable to see the ban duration that is remaining. Every time I log in, my reform card is displayed but then after pressing 'I Understand' nothing is displayed for the ban time left. My play button is greyed out and tells me to relog to check the ban duration left. Every time I do, I'm back to square one. Could this be resolved in any way?
