I think that blatantly racist and offensive names should be a permban and not a rename. it's much worse than saying racist remarks in chat, which is a permban. Recently saw a player named __
How has riot not banned them for this? Them not considering permban worthy is supporting racism and genocide as a joke...
Report them and Riot will take a look. If the name is offensive they will be forced to change their name.
If they keep on changing it to something offensive they will eventually get 14-day banned and have their name changed forcibly to something they didn't choose. They will have to pay to get the name changed again. If they then again change it to something offensive they are permabanned.
i dont get how these names are allowed either. is it really so hard to get a couple of people to look over reports for racist names?

Inappropriate/Offensive names are reportable and yes, should be punished. But some are slick with the inappropriate names ie (reversing the letters of a racial slur or switching the letters around of a phrase or word), so some people don't know and don't report. I once saw a name on stream called "TSM nlgg3rslayer"..it was something like that. Old video though
Nothing racist should be banned at all, because no one knows your race to say something that is intended to offend you.
i think names that are swears or inappropriate should be given renames, but to do something racist and condoning genocide is on a next level and deserves a permaban since saying that same thing in all chat would be an instant permaban
