No punishment for inting?

The other day I played a game where our top lane Nasus got super mad and started running it down. He had like 20 deaths. We came together and won without him. I just looked at his profile. He inted the very next game even though all 9 of us reported him. He won again. Then he inted another team. And won again. And finally ints one more time and loses. This player has intentionally fed at least 4 times in his last 10 games and has not been banned. Just bums me out

How do you know he was inting in the games you weren't in?

Why are you expecting punishment within 3 minutes of reporting? That's not how it works, especially with cases that are not chat-related.

Stop stalking the dude and move on.

The reliability of an automatic system catching intentional feeding is very bad due to the issue of letting a computer try to safely render a verdict of intent among the ambiguity of millions of players with very unintentional bad games.

It sucks, but that isn't going to change anytime soon since Riot is (and should) avoid incorrectly banning people for intentional feeding. So it's going to ere on the side of caution.

If you want a better chance of some human eyes on the problem I would recommend using a support ticket. Even if it's something that gets lost in the pile, the more reports on this person increases the chances that a manual review is done.
