Shared Account with Brother

My brother begged me to allow him to use the login to my account because I have many more champions than he has, so i allowed him to play on my username "Guntarch". After receiving text chat restrictions due to his conduct online, i forbade him from playing any more on my user account, until recently. He said that he had changed and no longer sent texts. My rule was that if he was going to use my account he would have to obey that rule, no use of chat.

He did not obey this rule and flamed people on two games: ( Chat text below) then went on this forum and complained about being banned.

Now i Log in to find my account is perma-banned and I had nothing to do with it. Please re-enstate my account that i have spent money on RP and supported riot through my time on this game (hence why i have so many champions and skins etc.)

Also note that my brother no longer lives with me and obviously will therefor not be ever allowed to play my user account again.

This is exactly why account sharing is against the rules in the first place.

Even if that story were true, account sharing is punished with a perma ban in the first place.

Unfortunely that's the price you pay for letting someone else on your account, the punishment would not be revoked because someone else was on your account. I don't know riots stance of account sharing but i know for sure the punishment wouldn't get revoked. SImply don't let anyone else on your account if you don't want it to be as risk of getting banned

This is just like any other time that someone breaks something you lent them. It's your fault for lending an item to someone who doesn't respect it enough to take care of it. It's his fault for not taking care of it.

He's the one who will have to pay you back. Have him gift you enough RP for all the champions you owned, as well as all the skins.

If he can't do that, you'll have to forgive him or have this be part of the history of your relationship.

Hey, Summoner. Too bad, but YOU take responsibility for EVERYTHING that takes place on your account. Also, Account Sharing is an offense, so even if you got a chat restriction and wrote about it here, the account would be instantly suspended. Hope I helped!

As the 3 ppl before me said: first of all: your excuse to unban your account is a reason to ban it permanently. second: Nobody is getting perma-banned from 2 flaming games. I did many games and i also had rage moments, but yet, i didnt get any warning due to i am not a flamer 24/7. i am maybe raging in 1/10 or 1/15 of my games. So if you tell us ur account is banned, may the real reason the account-share? if so, this complete topic is useless. Sorry for loosing your account that way, but some ppl wont learn it on other ways. Go on for the next account and stop sharing it or break other rules, and nothing will happen anyway. :)
