I got a 14 day a few months ago and was working on not being toxic, but everyone has bad games...

Is this really what it takes to get a perm ban? my team was equally as toxic.. although this isn't an excuse how is this worthy of perm banning my account?

you got punished for this

you got perma banned for REPEATEDLY breaking the rules that you agreed to even after being warned and showing an inability or lack of desire to reform

Next punishment after a 14 day is always a permaban, regardless of severity.

Everyone has bad games, it's just some peeps aren't toxic because... deep breath in... they have a bad game. It's you.

I would like to point out a few things here

Toxic behaviour does include more then just cuss words or personal insults. Giving up, telling a person their role, insulting plays, spamming pings, ect are all capable of tilting your team just as much. Had a game just now with a sylas who 15 mins in lost his lane, said he was usless and proceded to intentionally AFK farm DISPITE the mid and bot lanes winning and our jg dominating. Tilted the team, they spent more time trying to say "sylas your fine keep it up man" in chat then playing the game and it directly impacted us. You may have reformed from your bad words but your "toxicity" is still there.

The thing I dont understand is this

Why did you, knowing you are toxically inclined, willingnly not mute them?

Yeah thats all it takes when you've already recieved a 14 day ban. Next step is permaban. You didnt take it seriously I guess. Great job.
