Probably me. When I get an account banned I just make a brand new one and follow around the people that are clearly brand new. Either steal all their farm a d play dumb (this allows me to stay in the same elo as brand new people and destroy their experiences) or do the same thing but with kills if the newest player is on the enemy team.
Before my main got banned I used keytweaks and never spoke in game just flamed in post game. Maybe you'll meet one of my many accounts in the near future so I can change your mind :)

I once was playing Warwick, and the enemy jungler was Nunu. Nunu was inting, but unlike most inters that just run it down Mid. Nunu had a very UNIQUE way of inting. All game long, Nunu would constantly try to invade my jungle and steal camps. He always died to me. Then there was also this one time when I played against 3 junglers, YES, 3 FUCKING JUNGLERS. I remember one of them being Singed, and obviously because they didn't have certain roles being played, I just wrecked their asses all game long. These are both true stories, truly interesting things that happened. But then that one time I also went against a... a... a Jinx...jungle...
When you play a long time all of them just blends in one huge pot of cancer tbh
Me and my friends refer to her as "Autistic ahri" shes a legend among legends everytime someone pinged this ahri she would stop moving for roughly 40 seconds then start playing again and when they ping her again she stops moving again just to throw her abilities on her teammates and not at the enemy team. LOL holy shit that ahri was so fun to watch
After I came back from a long break due to reasons I hoped into a match and dealt with the enemy top Panth flaming/taunting me with his JG Kha'zix camping the living hell out of my lane, to the point that my jungler could freely walk into the enemy bot side jungle without fear of getting spotted.
Found out post game that they were trying to get me to rage quit because I picked Riven and "All Riven players are toxic anyway. You're the first that didn't afk lmao" Was a fuuuuuuun experience
