Why do I get punished when I get griefed and trolled every game?

If you are top player on your team, you should be immune to reports. This is complete BS man, I get four griefing trolls who play like absolute dogs then I am the one who gets punished who scolds them for trolling in a ranked game?

Literally nothing inappropriate in any of my logs besides just standard banter and natural human reactions to people trolling your ranked games time after time.

Improve your fucking detection systems for trolls, it's so unfair that people can purposely troll and grief just to bait a reaction then report you.

first, define top player. a 9/0 varus who just kill stole with less damage then the 2/5 vi is hardly the better player.

second, if you're being "trolled" every game, you have a pretty broad definition of what a troll is.

third, why should you being the "best" player excuse you from being an asshat? i dont think its right you get to flame just because you got the bonobo on the enemy team.

It may be a natural reaction, but youre also a human with a brain that can put things in context and make decisions. Its also natural to go hmm if I go off in chat, itll be breaking the rules here, so maybe I shouldnt do that. Also, talking shit to someone for missing skillshots isnt you getting mad at being trolled. Come on now. Dont play that excuse.

100 perecnt the ban system and report system are broken. I got banned for having a single bad game. And to top it off i guess if you put in a support ticket for review you get a bot with the ticket put on solved. they then throw in a survey to improve the system if you want an actual reciew from a person(or in other words actual support) but from what ive experienced and heard from so many people it seems like a copy and paste that provides less service than the bot. The system is so automated, you get banned and thats how it is, thats what they tell you. They put on the boards they cant help you over turn a ban because why? Im calling it an unfair ban for a reason because i wasnt toxic or i didnt feed. I dont get asked why my ban is wrong instead i get told how things are, told to go back to my room and sit on my racecar bed thinking about what i didnt do. Get banned you deserve it and thats how it is? 1 game can get you banned if you have 4 trolls and call them out without being toxic. 1 bad score line can get you banned because every death is now called inting when its not. After not playing this game for a couple of years then coming back and being banned for a total of 28 days after never being banned is incredible. I was wondering why streamers were calling every death an int even if it was a good 1 for 1 trade that resulted in a won teamfight. I figured it out really fast. You can report somone for inting, greifing, and being negative find them the next game and do it again. 6 reports in two games from 1 person doesnt only skew the data its a completely broken system when run by bots. When i got my ban it first said for intentionally feeding, i logged out then logged back in to get a conpletely different message. The worst part about being banned isnteven the fact that i cant play its the fact that im banned for feeding while climbing the ladder.
