The kind of person that bans yours or another teammates champ in pre-game lobby when you have it hovered. Then when you ask why, they don't respond. If I ban someones champ on a non ranked match, I'll say "sorry I'll dodge" And then I dodge. If I ban it in ranked, I'll still say sorry.

Edit: I think you guys are projecting. I don't get tilted when someone bans my champ. I get annoyed. Who wouldn't? No people tend to go "Ok I'm going to feed now". That's happened, and I don't want that in ranked.

Well, I do that fairly often. If I don't believe their pick is beneficial to the team competition, banny banny ban ban. Its not to be mean, its just to increase the over all chance of winning as a whole, in my personal opinion.

No, the worst are those that hover the champion that was released 20 minutes ago in a ranked game, then when it's banned go on to talk about how they're going to feed and troll and throw the game. They're infinitely worse than someone who bans my hover.

if i have first ban, and you have last pick and are hovering over a hero that I know just wrecks me, I'm banning it regardless
