Banned by a 3man team flaming me ? Also riot ip tracking?

I got banned on one of my previous accounts. I feel like i am getting Ip tracked as I am getting chat banned for simply criticism. Does riot ban based on ip history?

Nope. Although accounts flagged as smurfs may get judged more harshly. That is just speculation though.

If you wish to share your chat logs from the reform card, we might be able to identify what you need to work on/stop doing.

Riot doesn't ban based off of IP(net cafes are a thing), but if you can post chat logs we can tell you why you're getting chat restricted.
