Some behavior doesn't deserve a second chance and you'll be escalated straight to a permaban, though this is rare. If you want to discuss the validity of your punishment with the community, posting your entire reform card from the client here would be useful. If you want to contact Riot about your ban you'll need to submit a Support Ticket.

Actually, Prandine, if they didn't get any chat logs then that means the ban was placed by an actual Rioter and not the system. OP will have to contact support asking about their ban.

you get an warning when you click accept to the terms and conditions to use league of legends. in that wall of text is rule put forth by riot in which you have to abide by to use their game. it appears at every patch or update or when you 1st download the client. by clicking accept you agree and from that point forward they have the right to refuse service to any one based on any reason they listed that violates their terms of service. they are not obligated to give you any other warning. but riot is being nice by having a system that progressively gets more harsh the more you violate the terms. however they do not have to abide by that if they deem you behavior to be worthy of a ban at any point they reserve the right to do so.
