@Riot Tantram OR RIOT EMPLOYEE NEED HELP
I have been Playing on this account for over 5 years now and have never done anything to violate the TOS outside of a chat suspension 3 years ago. ~~I just recently Downloaded OVERWOLF and use the REPLAY HUD to rewatch my deaths and improve at the game. I played one game today as ZED MID launched the app while loading and then launched REPLAY HUD DURING THE GAME. ~~I play my next game and at the end of it I get a message that my account is permanently suspended. I received the following email on the matter:

Your account: xxforeverfreexx was banned due to the use of malicious 3rd party programs or modifications to your League of Legends client. We believe that all players should play on equal footing in an effort to promote competitive sportsmanship. You should be aware that modifying your League of Legends client is against the Terms of Use: http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/legal/termsofuse. We hope you can see that it is unsatisfying to play against other players who are using a tool to gain an advantage over others.
If you wish to dispute the actions taken against your account, you may contact us via this link: http://support.riotgames.com Please look into this as I would never do anything to break the TOS or the Summoner's code as I love this game and have almost 4000 hours of logged game time.
EDIT: I received the following email after asking why I got a copy paste response telling me it was for "malicious 3rd party programs".
"Hi there,
This account was suspended permanently for benefiting from the use of exploits. This was not a result of Overlays." The only thing I could think of was playing garen in URF His e could be activated more than once if you did it fast enough. I didn't know it was an exploit doing more than normal damage and popular streamers and players like pantsaredragon and nightblue played garen during urf and streamed or made videos on it and ARE NOT BANNED YET.
EDIT #2: MY PBE account that I have played on almost everyday with some friends over the past month is still in good standing leading me to believe it was an automated FALSE POSITIVE on the normal client or the PBE account would be suspended as well.
EDIT #3: 2 tickets opened to support and both of them told me to "F*** off" saying "We will not disclose any information or evidence on this ban" Why Is this?????
EDIT #4: It has been 7 months and extensive emailing regarding my account. I asked if it was because of a macro I had assigned via razer synapse and was told "no ." After many more emails I was told the software in question leading to the ban was "Razer Synapse." According to the ToS and End User Agreement, their official stance on macros is that so long as it does not "automate game play" it is allowed. I asked how a macro would violate those terms and they told me the "will not discuss this manner any further."
TL:DR Banned for "3rd party programs" when I asked how or why I was told it was for "exploiting not 3rd party programs" and then support told me they will not release and evidence as it might hurt future investigations.
