How is this perma ban worthy?

So I got perma banned, I didn't expect it at all tbh, I've never been racist, I never have inted or trolled for that matter yet I've been perma banned for "offensive" the first game I got annoyed because a morgana that was sleeping on the lobby and picked her champ and summs thinking she was bot even though we already had a premade bot. I didn't use any racist slurs or anything the most offensive thing I said was probably dip shit or troll, and I only said dip shit once lmao, I said that I'd let her die if diana engaged her has a joke to piss of morgana but that never even happened since diana never engaged and morg went top. Second game again the most offensive thing I've said was call my jgl and top 2 dip shits, only did this once, later in the game I said open mid has a joke because we were winning and I even said better top loses when we won, you can check the replays and match them with the chat if you even want, in neither of the games I inted and funny enough we won both games, the first one was the only one I actually flamed tbh. I'm amazed how I got perma banned without ever getting weak bans or anything over something so small like this, all I ask if for you to make it a 2 week ban or something this isn't something you get perma banned for. https://imgur.com/a/QQ5EM1I https://imgur.com/C7wn3UI https://imgur.com/pl7U4BY I understand I did say some offensive things has I was pissed off over a troll on the first game and the second one for being camped and receiving no help, but I didn't say enough things to get a perma ban, half of the things I said on the second one were jokingly since I was pre made with 2 friends on that game, all I ask is for 14-day ban not a perma, I'm not racist or do I troll/feed, you can watch the replays of these 2 games I can find them for you if you want proof I didn't troll or int.

Okay, on looking at the logs I don't believe that this should be a case of escalated punishment (based on those logs). Contact Riot support,

talk to them and see if there was something else that caused the escalation or if they will lower it.

Edit: Just keep in mind that if you were recently on a 14-day ban this likely won't get reduced. I don't think this chat logs warrants an escalation, but it's a different matter if you were on a 14-day ban previously. Your perfect 14-day break last month (while playing multiple times per day besides that break) raises some red flags for me.

But, as I said, contact support.

If you're not lying about your account never having received a 14-day ban I think your chances are high to get this punishment reduced.

You're going to need to post those chat logs if you want people to judge them.

Have you received a 14-day ban? Once you're off one of those you're on extremely thin ice.

How do I upload the screen shots to here? and no I only got a chat ban if I can recall, I have friends that spam the n word and they've never been banned...
