Chat Log from 1 Game that Led to Permaban

Hey guys I would just like some quick feedback. I understand that some of the comments I made below can be considered harassment, regardless of the situation, as I should have had better control of myself when I was in the game. However, the only "ABUSIVE COMMUNICATIONS" that I feel are present in this whole list in my opinion is calling the player in question "r%%%%%ed, or "dumb". On my new account I just mute all and do not type in chat, only communicating through pings. I was just wondering if based ON THIS GAME alone, which is what I was given in my text logs, if it is bad enough to result in a permaban. Furthermore is there a facet in RIOT Support that is able to differentiate banter from abuse? Thank you for your thoughts and helpful criticism is appreciated!

Flaming is not banter. Period. You had a 14 day ban as your final warning - your choice to disregard this final warning is not Riot's fault. You did not get permanently banned for one game - you got permanently banned because you continued misbehaving after your final warning.

you dont deserve a ban let alone a chat restriction but because riot dont give a flying fuck about their players they enforce rules that are more strict then in real life and only suit the snowflake

Calling people dumb or r%%%%%ed is against the ToS. Rank shaming was there too. It's simple really.

To be honest, I don't see how one word deserved a ban. Because you probably got banned off of 1 word. The other was not exactly a word, as you wrote "reatrded" and I don't think the bot knows wtf that is

It's not really that you deserved the ban, it's just that Riot has this thing lately that if you flame even a little bit, they will start like actually hunting you IRL. I don't know why the rules are so goddamn tight nowadays. Literally if you type any bad word Riot is going to place a bounty on your head and you're done for. Your chat looks like my teammate's chat but they are still playing and they will be playing forever.

This one transgression by itself wouldn't be enough to bring a clean account to an instant permaban, but the IFS works on an escalating punishment system. Breaking a minor rule, like engaging the team in useless arguments, has a minor punishment: a chat restriction. Breaking that same rule over and over again, however, doesn't prompt an endless series of chat restrictions. The severity of the punishment ramps up over time, because the goal is to eliminate the punished player's willingness to break the game's rules. If two chat restrictions don't stop the useless arguments, the system will increase the punishment to a 14-day suspension and deliver a very clear message that the continued rule-breaking is becoming a serious issue and any further instances will result in a permaban. Again, the point is to put a stop to this misbehavior. If a player is more interested in repeatedly breaking the rules than in maintaining access to their account, they'll lose access to their account.
