You should have just put the number "1" and "2" in your poll while explaining the choices in your post.
I normally never mute toxicity unless it's excessive. I just regulate my emotions and ignore them.
I never report it either.
I don't mute just in case they still have at least some relevant things to say in chat for the benefit of the team. Then report afterwards if I feel it is necessary.
I only mute when I'm convinced that they'll never likely use the chat for anything useful. At this point the report is guaranteed.
