When will Riot create a system to refund lost LP for troll/afk players?

At the same time they stop giving LP to teams who win against a troll/AFK.

Its simple. Never.

never ,because they dont want to fix their game ,they just want to make more skins because thats what brings in the money

Seriously, you are far more likely to notice and remember when it happens on your team than when it happens to the other team.

Also, most "trolling"... isn't. Most of the time, it's some combo of inexperience, bad matchup, and having an off day. Or the accuser doesn't like another player's playstyle.

Troll is impossible to really detect in real time.

For AFK I do think that the LP and MMR losses should all transfer onto the AFK. That way its still zero sum.

I don't think so. Certain playstyles have been said to be unacceptable by Riot. E.G. forcing 1v2 bot when you get support by permanently leaving bot lane super early. But you can only get warned / banned via manual review so people do it anyway because unless you get front page of reddit you won't have action taken on you. Elave ruined literally like 1000 games as Anivia / Kench before getting banned and he wasn't even low key trolling.

The same time you request Riot to take back the LP you gained playing against said trolls and afks.
