I am just wondering why I cannot get hextech loot, I keep getting so many S's. I am not being toxic or throwing. Also, I am ignoring other toxic players, and I am reporting them. A response from a moderator or Admin would be much appreciated!
well, depends on what punishment you've gotten. People say for a 10 game chat restrict, you need around 30-40 games of not being (validly) reported to get the rewards.
for a 14-day ban, its much more than that.

There is a reform period after a punishment. It's based on number of games played without showing negative behavior, rather than a simple time frame. Others have claimed this can take anywhere from 20-40 games, but it varies from player to player.
