Is it possible to report somebody for harassment post-game?

I was having a bad day and was on a loss streak and happened to land in a game with an incredibly toxic ADC and a support which I muted early in the game because of the toxic things they were saying. After the match was over, I got a friend request from the ADC which I accepted it. After accepting the friend request the ADC proceeded to call me a "piece of shit r%%%%%%%%%% told me to "learn the fucking game" and then unfriended me. I reported both of them after the game ended but I was wondering if what the ADC did was punishable? I have a screenshot of the conversation but I don't know if I am allowed to post it. Thanks in advance.

At the risk of sounding like I’m victim blaming...why do people insist on adding toxic randos after playing with them?

Riot can't do anything about private messages I don't think. They can only punish people for what has been said in-game. You can send in a ticket with the screenshot though. They might issue a punishment

there's always two sides to every story. Did you play bad costing the game? Did you cost those players 15-40 minutes of their day because you refused to play safe? Please don't say one side of the story of articulate fashion then say "I had a bad day".

You can report via the support ticket with a screenshot of the conversation and giving the name of the person who did it etc.

Unlike what some people might claim... although they do say that it is best to report after game and that it is not good to add people who were toxic to you in the first place.... they do look into that and punish people for it.

You can download greenshot too, if, for some reason you don't want the support staff to see what's on your desktop (confidential work documents, for example)
