Riot doesn't know how to look at bans with precise sight

In my opinion, I would say the ban system is currently really poor, I know this is long ago and I shouldn't be talking about this, but I will use my example to help my case. Let's say you've been playing league of legends all day, ranked to be exact, and you've been losing all day because your teammates are always either bad or toxic, and I haven't said anything in chat yet, it's like my 6th game of the day of just losing ranked.

Now here: the game I got permabanned in, I start to play the game like normal, I've never through a ranked game on purpose btw, NEVER, even when I've been chat banned and I want to express my anger in other ways cause I'm chat banned, I've never thrown in-game still. It's mid-game and there's this yi throwing and I start to lose my shit understandably because I've been losing the whole day, He's the one that starts flaming me first though, I forgot what lane I was playing, I think it was mid, he calls me bad and he calls me shit and he pings my K/D multiple times. I get really angry so I ask him why he's playing the game and I start calling him bad and ask why he's playing the game just to throw, I asked him to stop throwing and he wouldn't stop throwing, like what's the point, but I guess what I said was bannable so they banned me because abusive chat. My point is, you guys should look in to people you ban before you actually ban them, it isn't fair to ban someone who wants to win and play the game, and got reported by a thrower and got permabanned because of it, I am trying to win the game, why would I get banned, I've still told you, all my bans leading up to this are chat bans, ive never once threw a ranked game in my life, and yes I know the rules, but im asking riot to send actual humans to look into this, every time I make an appeal, I get someone that tells me I deserved it or I got punished correctly cause the words I said, they dont take into account; how many games I've lost before that game, the actual context of the chat, how many times I actually threw games in ranked (which is 0 because Ive never done that), and they should also look at the K/D of the person reporting me, and if the person that reported me started it first, and yes I know "oh you should have just muted the person". No, that doesn't help, If you mute someone on your team you are just running away from the problem, if you truly want to win the game, you should try and calm them and tell them that we are all on the same team to win, but I guess people dont understand that, and all riot says for compensation is, "you should have muted him and what you said is against the rules because its abusive chat". please riot, look at the context of a ban before you carry out with it. Especially Perma bans, It really breaks someone when you perma ban them for trying to win the game and understandably getting mad. Please look into this and change your system so other people dont fall in the same place I did, I still wish my account can get unbanned, that would be great.

The thing is, the rules dont allow you to break them in ANY context. So it doesnt matter what they did to you. They will get punished for their rule breaking, and you will get punished for yours. Yours and theirs are not related in any way even though the problem was between the two of you. You both are held accountable for your own actions with no regard for what the other did. Thats the only way to do it. They arent gonna go excuse rule breaking because they deeply investigated the situation and found you were justified in your rule breaking. That would be like having their own judicial branch of government supported by tax payers with lawyers and judges and precedent and case law and all that shit that comes with the judicial branch of government. That branch of government costs a lot of money, a video game company isnt gonna be able to support that. It has to be a blanket set of rules that covers everyone at all times regardless of context.

As far as "you should try to calm them and tell em we are on the same team to win", yes, do that. You wont get banned for that. But thats not what you said, is it?

He's the one that starts flaming me first though

Irrelevant. You broke the rules so you got punished.

Also post chat logs :)
