Vote to remove player

Vote to remove player as an option in champ select. At least in ranked, if not in all games.

I was just in a lobby with 2 players saying they accidentally clicked ranked, they were first and last. They locked in awful champs and summoners and stated their intention was to feed. Being in promo's, I can't dodge without being punished. Why are players punished for not wanting to play a match with toxic doucheburgers?

Preventing toxicity is infinitely more effective than doing nothing about it, and punishing people afterwards. With a vote to remove player option, anyone being toxic in champ selecting, auto-locking, refusing to communicate, can be removed by a majority vote. Whether or not they get a time out cooldown to cool off and maybe not be an ass in the next lobby is arguable. Nine players being forced into a match, knowing full well there is a toxic player, is silly. This feature, in my opinion would help promote positive cooperation and communication in the pre-game lobby, and result in better team compositions, and most importantly, happier teammates.

Having to choose between playing with jerks, or dodging and being punished for not being tolerant of disgusting behaviour is a choice players shouldn't have to make. It is a feature that could be abused by parties, but isn't that kind of the point of playing in groups? As a solo player, I'd rather be removed from lobby by the 4 man team that doesn't respect my champ choice, than have to play with them and be flamed for 30 minutes.
