Support assistance line

So i been having an issue in my behaviour 8 months ago ,after i tryed much to reform , and did my best accordingly i am happy somehow about the outcome in my behaviour , i been trying to find more about my past punishment , the lines i been marked as beeing negative etc... ,but they haven't assisted me with , my account was lv 167 and honor lv 1 when i got permanent banned , had 3 months of clean behaviour and tryed to understand why exactly what i done was worth the permanent ban as i haven't been broking rules that hard.

So i been asking for informations they hit me with chat logs , even if i already had them from reform card , i asked for lines i been toxic and they just throw me chat log.. , also i asked for manualy case review as the ban was issued by the automatic system , they analys it and tell me that the chat logs aren't that negative ,but that i deserve the permanent ban regarding past behaviour i been punished , and that i had enought chances to review my behaviour .

Okey i do tickets to ask further more the lines i been toxic in , they refuse to answer ,close my tickets without answers , after a time they warn me that if i do write further more about this they ban my support assistance acces permanent . They banned 2 accounts acces on support line assistance, even if the support line assistance can be used for many thinghs regarding account security + account informations+ account billing and transactions if they fail etc...

I don't feel like there is ToS about support line assistance behaviour , haven't insulted anyone , just looked to understand and be peaced that the permanent ban was 100% necesary regarding my behaviour , so i started a new ticket over a new account , which been permanent banned 4 years ago , so i started the discuss asking there for lines i been toxic regarding account Vlad To Kill You ,they provided me the lines from my 4 years ago permanent banned account...

They not even readed what i asked for .. ,they provided the lines without problems there , but on my last banned account they didn't.

My conclusion it's some how really weird , how people respect you when you put your money in an account , and how people respect you when you haven't throwed with money in your new account .

Everyone can do mistakes ,but when people don't even read your ticket what can i say... , how they can help me or waste less time if they don't even care about people problems when they getting contacted , there is no wonder they have so many cases to deal with , if they do the job like that , and there is no report function for someone who do that , on top they pop up automatic answers , they can answer what ever they want to tickets and then block your accounts because you telling them that they haven't done that.
