Can you guys help me understand my suspension

I was just suspended for 14 days this is to my knowledge my first punishment on my account ever the link is to my match history. I submitted a ticket asking why I was suspended and why it wasn't a chat ban ( first offense?)

so 7 times in the last 20 games assume it doesn't count bot games and only the draft that would mean my most recent game (garen vs vayne) I knew i couldn't win that but thought I was vs the kayle giving me a chance turns out it was vayne about 6 deaths in I mostly gave up just trying to cs when i could and desperately go for a kill, next I would guess my first shaco game ever 1/4/3 and my first nidalee game of those I can see enough ppl reporting me for feeding but this most recent one would be the only one I consider feeding. I would like to know why I didn't get the chat ban and was just escalated to 14-day ban and why a person who is toxic in chat can report someone for feeding and the person they report is the one that gets punished?

Wow Riot is cracking down on the inters. Third thread of it that I've read today. Good. Next time you feel like youre going to "stop trying", yes, just disconnect. Intentionally feeding the enemy does more damage than you just being gone. Also, you risk losing your account by inting, as you now see. Maybe you just believed all the hype from people who say Riot does nothing about inters, but clearly, they do and I'm loving it.

Since Inting is considered the worst offense in league, they escalate it to a 14 day ban the first time. Yes you are at risk of a permaban next time. Definitely dont break the rules anymore, because even a mild offense will now cost you your account. Toxicity doesnt seem to be a problem for you, so I wouldnt worry too much about it. Just stay neutral or positive in chat, dont grief/int/troll, and you'll be fine.

the garen 0-16 game you have 7 deaths in 8 mins

If you weren't inting(which honestly is possible, the guy was playing garen into vayne and lost early, it's super hard to come back from that), i'd see if I could request a human in the support ticket or try to do a live chat with support.

Inting is always an escalated two week ban, you skip chat restrictions when punished for it.

Because why would they chat ban you for inting in game?

And before you say you werent inting you had 16 deaths with 0 kill participation, so dont even try to go down that route. You never left top lane a single time.

Game doesnt start till 2 mins (with minion waves hitting top) doesnt look like an invade happened where you died. So within 18 minutes you died 16 times. You have a death timer (5-30 seconds) + the time it takes to run back to lane (20 seconds) = at best 25 second timer each time you die and you were dying early every 40 seconds roughly. That means you're dying within 15 seconds of reaching lane.

Had to dig into your history a bit - but when you went back over the last 20 normal games (i.e., not the bot games), it was clear that you had some games which were ...welll...brutal. If one or two players in those games reported you (and if they were bronze, silver or iron players, it is likely they did), then you probably got banned due to the accumulated reports. I should note that it does take a record of "int" reports usually, before the system kicks in.

Having seen people who try to trigger losing fights after having lost lane or just march right into direct conflict when they are 2-3 levels behind and lack the gear to tank the now magnified damage in the game, it's a hard to feel entirely sympathetic for your plight. I want to give you a "there-there" pat on the back...but on the other hand consistent records such as 0/16/0, 0/8/0, 0/9/1, 9/13/10, and 4/13/3 (even in normals) to quote Blitz bot is "not cool".

Just reply to that ticket until you get a real human support agent, maybe they can clear things up better. You could at least show us the exact game or games you were punished for (it should be included in the reform card).

Assuming everything you said is truthful you would have received punishment for feeding. Why would you start with a chat restriction for something that had nothing to do with chat? How would a chat restriction stop a person from intentionally feeding? That would be why you weren't straight to a 14 day ban.
