Permanent Ban worthy?

Before i post the chat log that had me permanently banned, i would like you to know the mystery "aaron" is actually my good irl friend, who i have played countless games with. His name is PROJECT CANCERSUO. Also, when you have chat filter enabled and you get a warning before you're banned saying "Reported for Harassment: Offensive Language"(somewhere along the lines of that) you sometimes wonder what this "Tribunal" system is.

There was another chat log provided to you where you we verbally abusing and harassing players, and using homophobic slurs. This was your second suspension for displaying excessive amounts of negative behavior in games. On top of that multiple chat restrictions were placed on your account before either of these suspensions were issued.

This chat would not lead to a ban, let alone a permanent ban.

You were probably banned from your other games chat logs and not this one. It just shows this chat log because it banned you off this game. If you ask riot for a explaination on why you got banned they will show evidence.

I actually believe it becuase riot is ban happy. I said "teach me how to feed" to an ally who tilted hard and intentionally fed, and I got perma banned. PERMA BANNED FOR SAYING THAT? what a sad joke. this tribunal has gone way out of hand. best to just mute all and not chat at all or else the iron fascist fist of riot will come crashing down.

Let me take a crack at it. I'll edit the post once I'm done writing my analysis on this case of yours here.

Edit: Really the only things that I can find wrong here are these following lines right here:

Other than that I most likely wouldn't punish for just this one game alone, if anything I might actually pardon it believe it or not. However, it's important to note that Reform Cards prioritize the most recent games that you were reported in, so if you really did get permanently banned, it's because you have a history of acting up in-game and despite your prior punishments (i.e. the 10- and 25-game chat restrictions and the 2-week ban as well), you still refused to change your behavior for the better. Also, since all permabans are always manually reviewed by Riot, they went through your entire account history, saw that you still had no intentions on changing your poor behavior and decided to permaban you because of it.

Now before you say it, you weren't punished for just this one game alone, you were punished for the games that the Reform Card doesn't show. Other than that though I would recommend opening up a Support Ticket with Riot and respectfully ask them to check and see why you got permabanned if you're still confused on this. If you get an automated response, then try again with the same ticket, as usually you'll get a non-automated response the second go-around.

P.S. Riot has stated many times in the past that they're okay with players bantering with their friends but that they should be extra careful when doing so with random strangers as well, as they may not know that you're only joking around.

P.S.S. I almost forgot, if you could could you post an actual screenshot of the Reform Card so we know for a fact that this is not edited or cherry-picked? Better safe than sorry after all.
