Why do games continue with AFKers playing

Please explain why we have to continue playing the game if there is an AFK player on either team? Why not just call it a draw and let everyone start a new game without the AFKer. Punish the AFK player not everyone else. It makes no sense. I have lost every gain in levels in Bronze due to AFk players. 4 in a row today. There is always somebody who votes against it because they still think they can win. That's ridiculous! Please fix it!

4 in a row with (presumably) afk on your team today? Those are some lottery winning odds. Going to check your match history on that...

I don't see how you can have 4 afk in a row when you only played 3 games in the last 5 days as of this writing.
