Account Hacked & Thereafter Perma Banned

My account was permanently suspended whilst I was not actively using it. I uninstalled on 3/19/2019 and when the next game was played on 9/26/2019. The account had been hacked and was banned without my knowledge. I had been playing for about 5 years previous to me uninstalling without a single chat restriction/temp ban before and I wanted to know if there is any way I can appeal a ban like this. My first support ticket got no response and was left open and the second was immediately closed so I think my account was flagged or something. IGN is Kidslug if you want to look up the match history.
