Report them if you have a problem with their name. But detecting stuff like that automatically is difficult.
That's a 3 character difference between that and the actual word. (one less 'g', 'a' instead of 'e', one less 'r')
The NGER in 'Anger' has only a 2 character difference. (one less 'g', one less 'i')
It's hard for a computer to detect things that sound the same.
