How can I block someone so that I will never match up with them again?

hey guys so I am in Bronze I right now pretty low elo I know. Many times I come across players that are trolling with a very toxic attitude. As I blocked them from the game, I noticed it would only block future conversations but not matchups. Therefore I was wondering if I could block someone and never match up with them ever again? Or I simply can't do that on League because that would kind of suck a lot. Thank you!

Bronze population is really big. How often do you actually play with the same people a 2nd or 3rd time unless you pre-made with that person or you immediate queued in with that person doing the same? Rito will never give people a way to manipulate matchmaking, especially in higher elo where the matching pool is very small. People will just go down the list and block everyone who has bad win rate and negatively increase queue time for everyone.

The problem with that is it would skew the system really badly at higher elo. Pro players could all just block each other to try and create an advantage and end up with 4-hour queues.

If you encounter someone trolling, I would wait about ten minutes before re-queueing, the odds of being with the same people after that are pretty low compared to immediately going back into a lobby, and gives you the chance to stretch your legs and un-tilt!
