I can assure you that 99.99% of the people that dodge don't dodge because they've been autofilled, They dodge because they see a crybaby child that is unable to comprehent being autofilled and locks in an troll pick (after the person that got their lane nicely said 'No, sorry')

I'm fed up having to dodge and dodge and wait countless minutes because i get a mentally challenged trash that can't think about other human beings, then i think.. Why am i being punished because of this kids mental state? Just why? i don't understand honestly..

Anytime that anyone uses this to explain something, it's an over-exaggeration in an attempt to prove a lousy point.

let's break this down:

this is an exaggeration so don't pull this

basically you hate autofill and would rather dodge than deal with a lane you can't deal with. thus contradicting your last statement.

nothing is ever a troll pick and if a player says no to something you just have to accept it. you cannot force them to change their answer just to satisfy you and your needs.

dodging is your choice and yours alone. no "mentally trash" is forcing you to dodge. this sounds more like a you problem than a team problem.

actions have consequences buddy. if you don't like the punishment then don't do the crime. you're oh so precious lp and mmr are not as important as you think it is.

bottom line is the only one with a problem is you. and the more you cry about it the worse it will get. if you want to actually play then suck it up and play the game. otherwise stop queuing up.

Dodging still basically has no penalty aside from the timer, with LP loss being negligible because you lose no MMR, and therefore for your time (Which you can spend doing other things while you wait, by the way. You're not imprisoned to play League. It's not a prison sentence.) is traded to get another shot at having a positive lobby. I've had climbs where I dodged to the point where in two days I played one match, at like -40 LP, and when I won it it gave me 60, but it was still worth it to dodge otherwise I would have lost and have been tilted.

Don't think of it as punishment. Think of it as the cost of que-dodging. I think it is a fair, reasonable cost. Rest assured there are a lot of people who dodge for reasons that don't line up with yours, and they know the cost.
