I typed "kys" on an account that I was honor level 3 on for the first time ever, instant 2 week ban.
It's the same punishment as using hate-speech, him not getting banned is proving to us that Riot doesn't care as long as he's making them money.
Lol riot gives you free reign if you're a big streamer. They literally don't care about the community. Just the money.

I think it's important to note this is from 3 months ago.
Related to in-game punishments, (I would suspect) this would be unlikely to be punished due to the time frame from when this happened. We also don't know if no one reported them.

Sorry to break it to the mods and everyone pretending this is a beautiful game without tilting. This game's community is, you know the word, it drives you nuts. You can tell how tilted he gets (and so does everyone) but he has to keep it back.
