Anti-Meta and Bad at the Game

Hi, I see a lot of people wishing for a mechanism to punish Anti-Meta or people who are bad at the game, wether a way to detect the worst player and give them the majority of LP loss or a way to report Anti-Meta as a reportable offense. They blame these people at getting themselves permanently stuck in elo hell preventing them from reaching the Elo they deserve. If these so called trolls can get you stuck, how do famous High elo players consistently rise to their appropriate elo? Are they lucky that they miss these so called 'trolls' 100% of the time? No. It is because the way the rank system work is like a sieve, the worse players get strained from the better player. Yes a bad player can Delay the upward movement of a higher elo skilled player, but if consistently playing at his skill level he will rise to the top as the non skilled player will stay where he is at or drop and you end up not playing with them anymore. It is consistent good skill that rises you to the top, if you are not rising after several games, it isn't other players fault, it is your fault in needing to improve yourself. Now I understand that it still might anger you that the Anti meta pick may have delayed your upward progress, but just be happy of the thought that if it is a fail project of his that he will drop from your mmr or that when you do see him again he improved closer to your level. Does that mean you rage, toxic, or ff @ 20? No, this is a good time to practice fighting an upward battle, learn how to play while behind so you can be better in games that could have a turn around. If a player is really so bad that drive you nuts, rant it privately to your friends, venting is therapeutic and doesn't hurt the feelings of the unknowing player, after all, weren't everyone bad at one time, didn't it take you lots of practice to get where you are at? There are good players, learning players, and those who will always struggle but love the game, all should have the right to play without being shunned.I hate bullies, and I hate toxicity. We should be one happy family, even if we have an annoying little sibling who does not know what he is doing.... yet.
