Watching Replays on Reports?!

HI everyone.

Like everyone else here. i had one of those games where your teammates just dives in solo and blammes you for his mistake. I was MF support. I know some of you disagree that she is a reliable support - what i respect, it is your opinion - but i believe she can really be a support. About Lvl 4. me almost no mana cause of all the harassing while trist did nothing but farming (and sadly, bar farming) when outta nowhere. just cause my last skill left their lux (supp) kinda low (+/- %), without warning/pinging/ whatever, she jumps to middle of kog maw (adc) and lux to try to kill her... and simply gets killed. I couldnt help cause i didnt have enough mana for anything and my exhaust wasnt enough to try to save her. As you may guess, trist right away blammed and flammed in caps lock (No, i wont quote her, you all can imagine wut she was saying). Trying to save her, they ended up cathcing me too and also died. Best part: she said she only jumped in and died cause i picked me. I still didnt get what my pick has to be with his suicidal desires, but ok. Few minutes after she does exactly the same. I leave one of them low and she jumps to her death outta nowhere , even with me pinging her to stack back, to not do it. She actually did it a 3rd time. After all the caps lock that you are probably imagining and a very fed kog maw that destroyed our team... we finally lost As you may assume, her flamme and "report mf" that fullfilled the chatbox all game, passed on to the lobby. No i didnt answer him w salt or flamme. Just said he couldnt just kill himself cause doesnt make any sense. Obviously i reported him.

All of this to ask you 3 questions:

1st- most times i pick the report caattegory and type in the reasons i have to report that player. The question is: Is that text that you type, really decision making when it comes to punish someone?

2nd - Does riot only have acess to in game chatbox or they can see what +players type in pre and post game lobby, too?

3rd - Can riot watch the replay of the game? I mean, sometimes all they could need to punish or even bann a player was to watch that game. Can they do it?

Sorry for bothering you all. Just trying to understaand how this small details actually work

It matters mainly for manual reviews. Gameplay disruptive behavior checks are normally done manually.

They have access to all chats within the game and client.

They do indeed review gameplay. But the review process is typically backlogged and it will take 2 weeks - 1 month before they get to review it.

Riot keeps records of all game chatlogs (pre/post/ingame) and timestamps. There even used to be a tribunal system where players could see, in-game chat, timestamps, and # of reports/report reasons. They have access to all replays, and more, such as data on how the client was played with mouse movements/other client information (useful for detecting boosting/scripting/botting). The stats you see on sites like op.gg? As the base data is provided by a Riot api, they have access to all of that information, and more. Rioters have also referenced internal stats and interfaces that presumably help them make decisions on who to ban.
