Suggestion : Making the Summoner´s Code visible in game client / tutorial

As I was surfing through the League of Legends website, I found some awesome community rule for this game, which was called "The Summoner´s Code". In my opinion reading this would surely improve the reader´s behaviour and make them to feel proud by following the quotes of the wise ones.

The problem is, that probably most of the gamers would not read this, because people mostly only bothers to play the game, but rarely dares to nevigate the every single details of the game´s website.

If people don´t think that there is actually a community rule for a game, then it would be obvious see often the ones who does not follow the rule! Even though what is written there is a common sense, there would be a huge difference of being awared by it or not.

Following the manners is the crucial part of understanding the chat-relying multiplayer games like League of Legends, as this game is never played alone without the others. This may sound silly because player interaction by chatting and manners are not the part of the game mechanics, however someday people need to figure out how the appopriate manners work during the gameplay, especially in League of Legends.

Anyway, here are my suggestions. Putting the link to the Summoner´s Code somewhere on the client would be a good idea for letting more people know what the Summoner´s Code is. Of course, there is always some people who do not fancy to read. In that case, I think it would be nice to put the Summoner´s Code at the end / during the tutorials (You know, that tutorial where you fight as Ryze/Garen/Ashe at tutorial section). In tutorials, putting some sample quotes like in this link (https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752884-Reporting-a-Player) with the individual part of the Summoner´s Code would help people to understand what is right and wrong.

So what are your opinions? Do you guys have any ideas that would make the Summoner´s Code to be more visible?
