How should I report of someone cs ur minions on purpose? (sup most likely)

I'm a gold ranking player, love adc and top. But there r always some sup they took the cs from the adc on purpose (not sure) especially when i ask them do not take my cs, and they took even more. its it really fun to make other people angry? and im very sure that belongs to destroy other peoples game experience. cuz im really angry the behavior like this. Second thing is how riot will punish someone who do not like their role during the champion pool picking and took others lane on purpose? for example when i am top, there are always some player chat:" i go top" and then just pick a top champion when his lane is not top lane. same for other lane. how did riot punish for player like this? because this is 100% belongs to ruin others game experience. if i took ur lane without ur permission would u be happy?? next time i will do these too if riot not gonna do something about these two behavior, because I can't even report them for that when the game is over. so riot tell me why should i be a good player and play the game so painful when other bad player doing these stuff and u don't give a damn?

You can't report for that since it's not "your" CS. It's the teams. Plus there are things like Relic Shield that would make reporting idiotic since the point of that items (and it's upgrades) is to take CS!

There is no official rule from Riot of Gold distribution, you can't ban someone for doing something that you don't like/benefit from.

A jungler can come down and take all your cs, and you can take all his jungle. there is no official rule, just like when i don't leash as top, or if im doing a level 1 ambush. they can come in and take some gold, I only get mad if they are doing it to piss me off.

unless your support is taking the gold for the sole purpose of trolling, they want some gold. you are never, the sole carry of the game. this is a team game.

With the meta shifting into hyperdrive, ADCs just either have insane base damage, or just scale with items like a god.

And you are the reason auto fill exists. With adcs like you, no one wants to be support. I can’t even think about the times I got flamed for using relic shield.

intentional feeding/trolling it's one of the options

Despite everyone talking about "It is not you cs"-blablabla, You could report it for "grieving" with the argument that the suuport player is effectifly trying to hinder the Carry from getting gold to get items. Because in the end. Having the will to win is not an optional thing for this game and a player tha effectivly sabotages the carries might be trying to loose.

Now, of course, someone would have to actually watch the game to see, wether the support was actually denying you gold or wether they are just aking the cs you might have missed.

It's really not your cs. It's offered to you as you are the carry and you getting gold to build damage in turn benefits the team. As a support main I can and will take cs from time to time, if I'm confident you aren't going to land the last hit. I am even more inclined to deliberately take cs if "gentlemen" such as yourself start giving me a hard time for taking a minion here and there. Those demands demonstrate a lack of trust and respect for your supporting laner.

I love how most people are saying 'it's not your cs' but this happened to them they would probably flip their shit.

There are situations where support should take cs, like if tower is in danger, if adc isn't in lane, of they have a relic stack, etc. But other than that it's more or less griefing. And that's coming from a support main. Just my 2 cents.
