So i have a NA account that i used to play on when my internet was good. and for the last few years my laptop stopping running league even on low graphics, my friend got perma banned on his account and asked me if he can use my account, we are good friends so i trusted him and gave him the account i know it was a mistake but i just did it since i couldn't run the game on my own laptop since it would overheat on mid third match.

he got my account a perma ban. so is there a way to get my own account unbanned because it wasn't me who was using the account it was my friend. i never got a ban in my life and when i got it it was caused by a friend. pls help with this

Probably not since Account Sharing itself is a banable offense.

where's the "unfair" part?

If your friend was perma banned why would you trust him with your account?

Account sharing is bannable so... no you aren’t getting your account back

Sorry dude, the ban is fair. Its against the rules to share accounts, and on top of that, the account broke the rules. Remember, the only person to get banned ever is tyler1. Riot bans accounts, not people (with ONE exception). So that account severely broke the rules, and the account got permabanned, not you, the account. Its completely fair. Even if they didnt break the rules in game on it, it could still be permabanned just for sharing it. Sorry if you didnt know that was against the rules, but that's on you for being ignorant.

Also, thats extremely naive to let someone who broke the rules SO OFTEN to get a permaban, use your account. Like, he has to be pretty goofy to get a permaban, that takes A LOT. So i dont know why you would trust him to suddenly follow the rules on your account.

I've done this before on steam. And, it wasn't a good idea. I feel for you OP. I don't think that you will get it back. Just make a new account and keep it for yourself, this time.

For everyone saying that account sharing is against the rules, it definitely is...but there are cases of people being unbanned from account sharing, as it is a lesser offense. You should submit a ticket to the Riot support, and see if they are willing to help you. You said no strikes were on your account before then, so maybe they are willing to just give you a 14 day ban instead. Best wishes.
