I've just gotten a chat restriction knocking my honor to lvl 1 on the second to last day of ranked making me ineligible to get any rewards. The reason i was toxic as you would be able to see i had a 2/22 Rengar and 0/14 Azir just running it down my lane. I just want to do a poll to see if this was fair because personally i don't think it was.

It's shitty. It's fair, but it's shitty. Flaming isn't allowed, regardless of context. The proper response to a troll is to mute them, report them, and move on with your life. You got baited and fed the trolls, which actively rewards their behavior.
And what would you flaming them do?
Stop them from running it down?

Getting chat restricted after 1 toxic game i mean. i think it takes more than 1 game. making the chat restriction a valid one, Yes it sucks, Yes those games happen and yes people are bound to respond to it negatively. I encourage you to mute them, and just do everything in your power not to respond to them negatively. There's honestly no winning? What does yelling at a 2/22 Rengar and a 0/14 Azir? The only thing that can happen is your account gets in a situation like this. They won't stop feeding? Feeders aren't like that. Get a stress ball or something :D.
With that said, i think they should make an exception. That hardcore sucks! 2nd to last day of season X_X. if it was up to me i'd only make people ineligible for rewards till the last week of the season. After that it's too close to the end to punish someone for being toxic when they've been good the entire previous year.

It sucks. It's a terrible experience to go through. Been through that many many many times. It did put my self-control and temper to the test.
But yes. It's fair. You're responsible for your own action. As are we all. Break the rules, we face the consequence.
Also, you didn't get this penalty for that one game. You got a flag from it, you got a penalty because you had a consistent pattern of people reporting you for the same thing. Leading up to a chat restriction.
