Rito why

I was in a game where my talon told the enemy fizz to "kys". This was in team chat. I said that that was toxic and that you shouldnt tell someone to kill themselves. I said that toxicity is why this game is declining. After the game i queue up for another one and before the champselect is over i get a 14 day ban. Im asking riot either to unban me or please explain why i was banned (Besides the only reason i said kys, which was not in anyway toxic)
